At Artistica Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection; if a piece does not perfectly complement your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned artwork must be in its original condition and packaging to ensure the preservation of the medium.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage the item in its original professional-grade crates or boxes, ensuring all protective corner guards and acid-free liners are securely in place.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of the parcel, ensuring no original shipping barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators receive and inspect the piece for integrity, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
